Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands offers players a chance to take on a new type of Endgame content once they finish the main story of this Borderlands spinoff. Players can take on the Choas Chamber, an ever-changing dungeon that offers several unique mechanics not found in the base game. One new mechanic introduced in the Chaos Chamber is the Curse system, but what do Curses do?

Curses in the Chaos Chamber

Curses offer modifiers to the Chaos Chamber’s Encounter areas. There are several types of Curses in the Chaos Chamber:

  • Easy Medium Hard

Curses impact how enemies and environments behave. Easy Curses offer small changes to each chamber and have a chance to buff players. The more difficult Curses will buff enemies, giving them new powers, allies, or status effect damage types. Once you’ve grabbed a Curse, the impact will stay for the duration of your Chaos Chamber run.

The Benefits of Curses

Curses often make Chaos Chambers more difficult but heighten the rewards players can earn from each chamber. If you feel comfortable turning the difficulty up in the Chaos Chamber, grab a Curse from the Dragon Lord to bolster your earnings. The more complex the Curse, the bigger the reward.

To acquire a new curse, select a portal with the Dragon Lord’s face on it to see him at the end of the next chamber. Once you’ve cleared the room, he’ll appear with a few new Curse options for you to choose from.
