Soulstice is a spectacle fighter game inspired by the Devil May Cry series, centering around two sisters named Briar and Lute. These sisters fight evil alongside one another, solving puzzles and discovering the source of widespread evil. Upon defeat, enemies drop red, blue, and green orbs. Here’s an explanation of the red, blue, and green orbs in Soulstice.
What are the red, blue, and green orbs used for in Soulstice?
Red Orbs - Crimson Tear Residue
The red orbs are called Crimson Tear Residue and are used as a currency. You can use these orbs to purchase upgrades for Briar, enabling her to use new combos and abilities. They drop from fallen enemies and breakable objects in the environment. Using Crimson Tear Residue, you can also buy items like permanent health upgrades and improvements to Lute’s Entropy meter.
Blue Orbs - Cobalt Tear Residue
The blue orbs are called Cobalt Tear Residue and are used as a currency. You can use these orbs to purchase upgrades for Lute, enhancing her Fields and parry abilities. They drop from fallen enemies and blue Motherlodes. Cobalt Tear Residue is exclusive to Lute and cannot be used to upgrade Briar’s abilities.
Green Orbs - Emerald Tear Shard
The green orbs are called Emerald Tear Shards and are used to restore health on the battlefield. These orbs drop from fallen enemies and can be purchased from Layton for 350 Crimson Tear Residue. You can also purchase a Sturdy Husk Chunk from Layton, which costs 10,000 Crimson Tear Residue and increases your maximum amount of health.
