Upon completing Castle Luterra, you unlock both sailing and your Stronghold. At the Stronghold, you can craft items, research upgrades, and send sailors out on Dispatch Missions. Part of this includes Special Missions for the Dispatch Station.
These are special Dispatch Missions that are tougher but provide higher rewards. These are marked by orange text and are not unlocked at the start. This may leave you wondering how to unlock Special Missions for the Dispatch Station.
How to unlock Special Missions for the Dispatch Station in Lost Ark
To unlock Special Missions for the Dispatch Station, you will need to meet some prerequisites. This includes reaching character level 50 and upgrading your Dispatch Station to level two. Once you have accomplished these, an NPC will appear at your Stronghold Docks named Adventurer Edwin.
Speak with him, and he will give you a quest titled Legendary Monster Slayer. This walks you through a tutorial for Special Dispatch Missions. Complete this quest, and you will gain the ability to send your sailors out on Special Missions for the Dispatch Station.
