Season 3 Chapter 3 of Fortnite brings a new way to get loot in the form of Reality Seeds. These majestic seeds can be harvested from seed pods lying around the Reality Tree in the Reality Falls section of the map.
How to get loot from Reality Seeds in Fortnite
To benefit from the Reality Seeds that have been added to Fortnite in Season 3 Chapter 3, you’ll need to collect the seeds in your inventory after getting them from a seed pod. From there, find a good area to plant the seed. Return periodically to the planted area, as it will turn into a Sapling that can be weeded. Weeding the plant will get you loot, so make sure and check your map when possible to see when the plant is ready for weeding again.
Where to find Reality Seeds in Fortnite
Reality Seeds can be found all around the Reality Tree in the game. You’ll be looking for the round purple plants that are shaped similarly to tomatoes, since these are the Reality Tree’s seed pods that hold the seeds inside. Use an axe to hack away at the seed pod until it hatches open and releases several seeds.
Where to find the Reality Tree in Fortnite
It might not be surprising to players that you can find the Reality Tree on the Reality Falls Map. Reality Falls is a new location added in Season 3 Chapter 3. From a top-down view, you’ll be looking for the massive tree with light purple-pink flowers. You don’t necessarily need to be right under the tree to collect seed pods, but this will be where they are the most bountiful.
