To upgrade your copy abilities, you can use Rare Stones in Kirby and the Forgotten Land. To do this, you have first to finish Natural Plains (the first playable world). After this, you can unlock Waddle Dee’s Weapon Shop in the town, which is where general upgrades like copy abilities can be completed. You will use the Rare Stones here in the shop.
