Life is Strange: Before the Storm released its third and final episode back in December 2017, but the prequel to the original Life Is Strange is now putting a definitive end to its story with an epilogue that is launching alongside the physical editions of the game and the deluxe digital version. This bonus chapter, aptly titled ‘Farewell,’ represents the return of Ashly Burch as the voice of Chloe after giving the voice to the character in the original game, but being absent during the recording process of Before the Storm due to the SAG-AFTRA strike to improve the conditions of voice actors.
‘Farewell’ also marks the last work of development studio Deck Nine Games with the series, as the upcoming game is being developed by series creators DONTNOD, who will give more details in the coming months.
Fans can get this special episode by upgrading to the digital deluxe edition of Before the Storm or by purchasing one of the physical editions which launch on March 6 in North America and March 9 in Europe. Here is the list of content of the limited physical edition of the game:
- The Complete Season (Episodes 1 to 3)
