In just a few minutes, Nintendo will be holding their second Nintendo Direct in less than a week after a lull of Directs over the last few months outside of the Hyrule Warriors one. Unlike the last one that focused on a number of Japanese games, this time we are getting one focused exclusively on the upcoming Bayonetta 2.
Coming to the US on October 24 exclusively on the Wii U, Bayonetta 2 will actually be releasing to Japan very soon, so it seems like perfect timing for Nintendo to unveil the final details about the game. As per usual, the Direct will be live streamed through a number of sources, including Twitch and YouTube.
We will have to see what tricks Nintendo and Platinum Games have up their sleeves with this Direct and whether they will play it safe with gameplay footage and hype or if they will have some big bombs to drop about the game. Could we even perhaps get the reveal of Bayonetta in Super Smash Bros.? She wasn’t part of the leaks in the game, but there is nothing that has said those were all of the characters in the game.
