The Diaz brothers’ journey leads them to California.
The third of five episodes of Life is Strange 2 is set to premiere next week and today (May 2) the trailer for the upcoming episode has been released.
Still continuing their journey to Puerto Lobos, Sean and Daniel have made their way to California, where they have met up with a group of outsiders that includes the characters Cassidy and Finn, who were introduced in Episode 2. Sean and Daniel get involved in the illegal marijuana trade (remember, this game takes place in 2016-2017, before marijuana was legalized in California) in order to make some more money for their trip to Mexico. Daniel continues to practice using his telekinetic powers, but tensions between the brothers seem to be rising in this new trailer, as well as conflicts forming between a number of other characters. There’s a lot of pushing and shoving in the new trailer.
The first two episodes of Life is Strange 2 are currently available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. The third episode, entitled “Wastelands,” is set to release a week from today on May 9. The fourth episode is scheduled to release on August 22 and the fifth episode is planned for December 3. You can watch the new trailer for Episode 3 below.
