Bandai Namco has shared a new video showcasing gameplay from the upcoming PS4 and PSVita title Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth Hacker’s Memory, as part of a 20th anniversary event for the franchise. Hacker’s Memory is directly related to Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth, a classic turn-based RPG launched for PlayStation platforms last year, and one of the best-regarded Digimon games of all time.

With a duration of six minutes, the video has plenty of time to show the different facets of the game, such as exploring the real city of Tokyo or hang out at the internet cafe that is used by the protagonist as his base. In this place players can access their digimon collection and get into the digital world. After that, the protagonist goes on to explore a digital dungeon, where we see him go through some battles with random enemies, and finally face a new boss.

One of the most interesting parts of the video is at the end, when we get to see for the first time the new Domination Battle System. This is a new tactic minigame that makes players use different strategies to turn all areas of their color.

Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth Hacker’s Memory is set to be released this 2017 in Japan for PS4 and PSVita, with the rest of territories receiving the game in early 2018. Watch the gameplay video below.
