Welcome back to yet another installment of our Xbox Game Pass coverage. The last installment saw Final Fantasy XV, Wolfenstein Youngblood, and more coming to the Game Pass lineup. All of those games are now available on the service, so have a go at them if you haven’t already. As for the rest of this month, though, eight new titles are coming to Console and PC. The news was announced on the Xbox Game Pass’ Twitter page this morning. The titles coming are as follows:
Yakuza 0 (Game Pass PC and Console) is an action-adventure game developed by SEGA, being the next entry in the Yakuza series. Take on the role of Kazuma Kiryu as he battles through the streets of Tokyo and Osaka. After a debt collection goes wrong and his mark ends up murdered, Kazuma must fight his way through various enemies if he’s to get what he’s owed and get to the bottom of this. Following that, play as Goro Majima as he battles his way through his problems as an owner of a cabaret club. There’s a lot to love here, and if you aren’t convinced, we have a review just for you.
Wasteland Remastered (Game Pass PC and Console) has you returning to the classic RPG in an upgraded visual style. A nuclear holocaust has completely devastated many areas of Earth. As a Desert Ranger, it’s up to you and your band to defend the last surviving colonies of humanity. You’ll make many choices, meet many dangers, and shape the American southwest for years to come. A remaster of the 1988 classic; this is a title that new and old subscribers will want to give a go.
Two Point Hospital (Game Pass PC and Console) is a hospital management sim from Two Point Studios. You’re the owner of many different hospitals and must design them to fit your patient’s needs. You’ll add things like new machines for treating different diseases, new decoration to improve patient quality of life, and more! Don’t expect your usual illnesses in Two Point County, though, as diseases like Cubism run rampant across the county. If you’re a management sim fan or just like a good, silly game, this is the title for you.
Among those titles is a bunch coming to one platform or the other, which are just as good if not better. On the console side of things, three exclusive titles are coming. Kingdom Hearts 3, for example, is an action-RPG that will both excite you with its combat and confuse you with its abstract plot. Ninja Gaiden 2 is a hack and slash game that will truly embrace your inner ninja. And finally, Jackbox Party Pack 3 is a game that will create not only a lot of laughs but also a lot of rivalries with your friends.
As for the PC exclusive titles in this bunch, there are only two, but they’re still great. Reigns: Game of Thrones is a game that will have you swiping left or right for your kingdom (which is a format some of you may be familiar with). The game is highly regarded for its silly cards and relation to Game of Thrones and is one we highly recommend. The other title is Indivisible, which is an action-RPG platformer that has some beautiful art and a really rich story. This is a lesser-known title, but it’s one we reviewed in the past and loved.
And that’s all for this installment of Game Pass’ titles. You can likely expect these to arrive on the service in the coming weeks. Will you be playing any of the titles?
