Indie game publisher Versus Evil has announced a charity partnership with animal advocacy group Paws Your Game. Versus Evil has a history of working with charitable organizations. Previously, the publisher has partnered with Game Changer Charity, Operation Supply Drop, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and Save the Children.
The publisher specializes in all things indie games. The list of titles under their banner is impressive, including Tower of Guns and the Nintendo Switch release of Path of Exile Complete Edition. Versus Evil focuses on working with indie developers to not only connect with but captivate audiences.
About the Versus Evil and Paws Your Game charity partnership
Paws Your Game is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal charity that fights for animal advocacy in gaming spaces. Their work includes connecting shelters, rescues, and welfare programs with gaming spaces. Doing so raises necessary funding and awareness where it is needed most. By leveraging the social awareness and philanthropic nature of gaming, live streaming, and influencer communities Paws Your Game can help animals in need. The group seeks to improve the lives of both sheltered and wild animals. In addition, the Paws Your Game charity strives to build a community of compassionate animal lovers.
