Hypergryph’s tactical tower defense game, Arknights, has amassed a loyal player base since its Chinese server was released in 2019 and its Global servers released in 2020. While the mobile game development company has yet to make an official English announcement about a sequel to the original Arknights game, players have discovered verified accounts called AKEndfield on social media platforms Bilibili and Twitter, as well as TapTap.

Verified account handles @AKEndfield, @AKEndfieldZHT, @AKEndfieldJP, @AKEndfieldKR are now searchable on Twitter, implying that Hypergryph may have plans to release a Global game under this name.

An introduction by Chinese game editorial Youxiguancha has been roughly translated by r/arknights user QuietK1, revealing that Arknights Endfield will take bits from the original Arknights game, with familiar characters expected to make an appearance. The game has been tagged as an RPG with new settings and rich adventures, where players can feel more integrated into the gameplay.

The logo used in all the verified social media accounts reveals the name Endfield Industries, which is not familiar in the current world of Terra. Some members of the Arknights community speculate that the focus of Arknights Endfield may center around this new group, shifting away from Rhodes Island Pharmaceuticals.
