Fans of Venom have already been enjoying using the Carnage skin, but can now go one step further as the Venom skin arrives in Fortnite, including an outfit for Eddie Brock, and the Venom Unleashed emote, and even the Venom Bundle for the biggest fans.
According to the official blog post released by the Fortnite Team about this, they say that this version of the Venom outfit will be based on the upcoming film. The Eddie Brock skin comes with a Symbiote Scythe Pickaxe, along with the Emote mentioned above, and can be purchased with just these three items, or with the Venom Bundle. The difference with the bundle however is that you also get a strong selection of other items, most notably the comic-inspired Venom skin and Different Tasty Snack Emoticon.
This is yet another strong partnership for Fortnite, as it has steadily been making stronger and more impressive partnerships, especially since its collaborations with the MCU in the past which included characters such as Loki, Black Widow and Daredevil. Other franchises have been included in Fortnite, such as DC, but it seems Epic is going back to its original partners in Marvel for this season, and adding the Venom Skin in Fortnite bolsters an already impressive character list for the game.
This news comes shortly after a hotfix for Fortnite was released for all platforms, including features such as item voting and the armoured wall being added into the game for the September 21st update.
In other Venom-related news, the recent promo of Venom: Let There Be Carnage hints at possible MCU connections in the future of the franchise, and many are hoping for a confrontation between Venom and Spider-Man.
