To claim Twitch drops for Vampire The Masquerade Bloodhunt, you must first link your official Bloodhunt website account with Twitch. Once your accounts are fully linked, you will be able to redeem your Twitch drops by going to the Customization Tab in-game.

Usually, you will need to watch a Livestream to earn Twitch drops. But, the current Vampire The Masquerade Bloodhunt Twitch drop is different and doesn’t require players to watch Livestreams. All you need to do to get your Twitch Drop for Vampire the Masquerade Blood is to link your accounts, and you will be ready to go. 

You can link your accounts by first logging into your Vampire The Masquerade Bloodhunt account over at the official website for the game. Once logged in, locate your account name at the top right of your screen. 

Click your account name and then click My Profile. After clicking My Profile, you will need to scroll down until you have three options to link your Vampire The Masquerade Bloodhunt account. The options to link will include Steam, Playstation, and Twitch. Depending on your platform, you will need to link your Vampire The Masquerade Bloodhunt account with Steam or Playstation and Twitch.

You can link both your Twitch and platform accounts by pressing the link button and then logging into your platform’s account. When logging into your platform’s account, you will need to press a confirm option after pressing the Link option. For Twitch, you will need to authorize the linking on a special page you will get redirected to. Once your Vampire The Masquerade Bloodhunt account will be linked with both the platform you play on and Twitch.
