The Gatti Amari is a Weapon in Vampire Survivors capable of summoning cats that will attack enemies, occasionally consume Pickups, and sometimes attack the player character. According to this Weapon’s description, it “summons capricious projectiles,” meaning that these felines have no sense of predictability or loyalty to the player character in Vampire Survivors. They will attack whichever entity is closest to them, including the player, and will also interact with certain Pickup items to acquire unique effects. Furthermore, the Gatti Amari’s cats can randomly get into a fight with themselves, causing a large AoE that damages anything that passes through it.
Unlocking & Evolving the Gatti Amari in Vampire Survivors
First, to get the Gatti Amari Weapon in Vampire Survivors, players must unlock a playable witch named Giovanna Grana. Giovanna can be found within the Inlaid Library, the game’s second stage. Next, to evolve the Gatti Amari, fans must acquire a Relic known as the Stone Mask, which is also located in the Inlaid Library.

To unlock Giovanna Grana, players must first gain access to the Inlaid Library, which becomes available once survivors reach Level 20 in the Mad Forest. After entering the Inlaid Library, travel to the right of the stage until encountering a Coffin. This Coffin contains Giovanna Grana, but it cannot be opened without effort. A ring of enemies will spawn around the POI, and players must fight past them to reach the casket. Once this feat has been accomplished, a window will appear, indicating that Giovanna Grana has become available for purchase in the Character Selection screen.
