Vambrace: Cold Soul from Devespresso Games is a roguelike fantasy adventure set to launch tomorrow on consoles.

Vambrace: Cold Soul is launching on the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. The game was originally launched on Steam PC and Mac earlier in 2019. This will be the second game from Devespresso Games, who also created the indie cult classic The Coma: Recut.

Players take on the role of Evelia Lyric and assemble a team of unique characters to embark on a series of expeditions. Your allies will consist of different strengths, abilities, and fighting styles. The team must be perfectly balanced in order to navigate through the seven chapters. Vambrace: Cold Soul will focus on a rich narrative and deep strategy, waving a tale of gothic horror. Minho Kim and T.L. Riven are the team behind the detailed world. The game admittedly looks absolutely beautiful.

The gameplay in Vambrace: Cold Soul features multi-class party-building mechanics, punishing roguelike expeditions, and an immersive story for high replayability. Vambrace also boasts Minho’s signature hand-illustrated graphics that will definitely cater to 2D and retro game fans.

Devespresso has made it a point to listen to fans of the game. Vambrace has gone through many rounds of updates and patches since it was first released. The console release will include all of the significant changes and improvements made to the Steam version.

Players will also get to complete sub-quests to unlock up to 26 new, thematic character skins. Crafting is a big part of the game by using precious materials gathered from trips. Devespresso has created an intricate world full of lore and mystery together with a strong sense of teamwork.

Vambrace: Cold Soul will Launch on the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch on September 29th. The game will retail for $24.99 USD.
