One of the more versatile ingredients in Valheim, berries provide their own boost for consumption but also an integral part of a lot of recipes for regenerative and restoration items in the game. With three varieties available, they give you a clear advantage if you can find yourself having a big number of them. However, considering, as with a number of other goods in the game, you can only find them in the wild, having berries when you need them maybe a little bit tougher than it needs to be, even though the bushes for them respawn every 300 minutes. This guide will help you find the different varieties of berries available in the game.
How to Get Berries in Valheim
At this point, you’re unable to plant or farm berries on your own so you’ll have to go out on your own to go find them. Thankfully, this guide will help point you in the right direction to find all of the currently available berries as well as what they do individually and what they will make.
Raspberries
- Where to find them: Meadows
- Max Health: 10
- Max Stamina: 20

Blueberries
- Where to find them: Black Forest
- Max Health: 15
- Max Stamina: 20
- Duration: 600s
- Healing: 1hp/tick
- Crafting: Mead base: Minor healing, Mead base: Tasty, Queens Jam
- Building: Blue banner
Cloudberries
- Where to find them: Plains
- Max Health: 15
- Max Stamina: 25
- Duration: 800s
- Healing: 1hp/tick
- Crafting: Fire resistance barley wine, Lox meat pie, Medium stamina mead
- Taming: Lox
Again, as of this writing, berries cannot be cultivated so if you find yourself needing one type of berry more than the others you may want to create a base somewhere in one of these biomes so that way you have ready and easy access to these berries.
