V Rising is the new survival game made by the Swedish Stunlock Studios. Its MMO style made it popular so quickly that players from all around the world are playing it. Like every other survival game, to progress in the world of V Rising, you need to find material and craft the necessary item. So here is the guide on how to find leather in V Rising.
How to Get Leather in V Rising
For those who’ve just started V Rising, finding leather is the most sought-after material. With leather, you can expand your base and upgrade gear in the game. But you might find it hard how to find or craft leather. To craft leather in V Rising, you must have enough experience by defeating a few bosses and building a fine base.
The first step in crafting leather is to craft the Tannery station at your base. This station turns the hide into more refined materials. After hunting animals and taking their hide, you must store them so that once you’ve got enough experience, you wouldn’t waste time finding raw material.
In order to build the Tannery station, you first need to kill Kelly the Frost Archer boss. To fight this boss or the others, build a Blood Altar at your base so you can keep track of all the bosses and the necessary level to defeat them.
With the Blood Altar, you can choose which boss to fight, which will trigger a blood trail to follow until you reach the boss. Keely is at the Bandit Trapper Camp. You need at least level 20 to defeat Keely. Once you’ve defeated him, you will gain the ability to build the Tannery Station at your base.
V Rising: How to Make Stone Bricks
To craft the Tannery station, you will need 8 Planks and 160 Animal Hides. After you build the Tannery, interact with it to build leather in V Rising. It takes 16 Animal Hides to create one piece of leather.
V Rising is now available as Early Access on PC via Steam.
