How to Defeat Octavian The Militia Captain in V Rising
The first thing you need to do before fighting Octavian the Militia Captain is to wait until midnight. The fight takes place in an open area with no shades, so if you fight the boss in day time you will take more damage from the sun rather than the boss. You can find Octavian in Bastion of Dunely, north of the Dunley Farmlands region.
Octavian has 5 attacks. The first one is when Octavian slams the ground that throws four blades toward you. This is his regular attack, and to dodge this attack, simply dash to the sides. His second attack is also a swing attack that sends a big blade towards you. You will get stunned if you get hit by these two attacks.
After you counter-attacked his regular attacks, he will summon a fire archer.
