Naughty Dog’s Uncharted: The Lost Legacy enters the UK charts right on top, finally dethroning Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy after seven non-consecutive weeks taking the number 1 position. To add irony to the situation, N. Sane Trilogy is a remake of three Naughty Dog games, so everything stays in the family.

Originally conceived as a DLC for Uncharted 4, Naughty Dog decided to expand the development of the project, transforming it into a full-length videogame which we loved in our review. Still, the smaller scope of the adventure and the absence of the series’ frontman Nathan Drake has made The Lost Legacy fall short from the series highs in sales, moving a bit less than half of the numbers of Uncharted 4, although the data from UKIE/GfK doesn’t take digital copies in consideration.

Other new releases this week include F1 2017, which debuts at number 2 with slightly less sales than its version from last year, Madden NFL18 entering at number 4, and The Escapists 2, which debuts at number 12 with a stunning 379% increase over the first week of the original game. The release of the Nintendo Switch port has made Minecraft: Story Mode return to the charts at number 28.

As for the holdovers, Agents of Mayhem fell from its number 4 debut last week to number 13, although it only fell 28% in sales.
