A couple of years back, Twitter disabled the feature that allows users to request account verification. As spotted by app reverse engineer Jane Manchun Wong, the option to request verification might be making a comeback.

As reported by Techcrunch, Twitter has confirmed that it is working on the feature Jane Manchun Wong stumbled upon.
However, the company is not saying anything about when the new system will be live for users. It’s also unclear what the guidelines for verification will be when the new system goes live.
