Tribes of Midgard Season 2: Serpent Saga centers around the idea of seafaring adventures, having you explore the new Open Seas biome in search of new lands, enemies, and plenty of loot. With swimming and boats introduced, getting to these islands couldn’t be easier! As swimming drains your stamina quickly though, and you can’t traverse too far off land, you’ll need to lean on the end of a boat. But to do that, you must first find a Shipyard. If you’re having trouble while searching for one, then we’re here to help. Here’s how you can find the Shipyard and craft yourself a naval fleet in Tribes of Midgard!

How to Find the Shipyard

First of all, it’s important to note that the Shipyard works similarly to the Quarry, Lumberyard, and Farm in the sense that it’s a preset building that must be constructed. This means you can’t build one, and instead must find it throughout the world. With that out of the way, you can find the Shipyard in Tribes of Midgard by checking Ash Beach regions scattered across your island. If you get lucky, you’ll also find a Shrine so you can teleport to and from the Shipyard with ease. Once found, it’ll require a few resources similar to its constructible brethren. While most are quite straightforward and can be crafted through Eyrun the Tinker (or found throughout the world), the Ancient Cores can be found from Witches, Trolls, Sirelings, or Unsunken Warchiefs found at Ash Beach camps. The last of those will likely be the easiest.

With that out of the way, once the resources are in you’ll have your Shipyard constructed! Again, keep in mind that you should find a Shrine nearby to easily teleport from your base or other locations back here to craft a boat (or another if you’re like me and lose yours easily). Other than that, you’ll have completed the first step of the Saga Quest and can now search for beacons scattered across the map!
