Where to Find the Sandworm in Tower of Fantasy
Unlike most bosses, you will encounter elite enemies in the open world instead of the Ruins. It makes it harder to find enemies since there is no indication of their location on the map. But by defeating them, you can get good rewards, so the search is worth the effort.

How to Defeat the Sandworm
As soon as the Sandworm jumps out of the ground, dodge its attack. The battle with this opponent should not be challenging, as defeating him is relatively simple. But you still need to know about the features of Sandworm to kill him faster:
- First, beware of the red zones on the ground. The red dots and stripes that appear below you indicate the monster’s intent to attack in that zone.
- Sandworm has only two attacks that you can learn about in advance. If a red circle appears, the monster will jump up and then burrow underground in that place. If there is a large red stripe on the ground – The Sandworm will jump out like a dolphin and burrow into the sand a little further.
- While the monster is under the sand, you cannot attack it but can see its movements. Stand still until the monster decides to attack and not chase you underground.
- Don’t attack the Sandworm when it jumps from the sand, as it does so relatively quickly, and you might get damage. Attack the enemy when it is diving under the sand. He spends a few seconds hiding and does not attack you.
The Sandworm fight shouldn’t take more than 2 minutes, and once you defeat the Sandworm, you can get the rare Fatty Cut cooking material.
