Unlocking the Cybernetic Arm in Tower of Fantasy
There are three ways to unlock the Cybernetic Arm in Tower of Fantasy. The first and most straightforward means is buying the Rookie Pack. This in-game microtransaction bundles the Relic together with two Weapon Batteries and several Gold Nuclei for a single USD. Such a price is certainly a bargain, even for light spenders on the game.
Tower of Fantasy: How to Switch Between Relics Quickly
Another way to unlock the Cybernetic Arm in Tower of Fantasy is by acquiring SR Relic Shard Boxes through gameplay. Rewards from the Pass, Claire’s Dream Machine, and other activities will often grant participants with shard boxes that can be accumulated for unlocking a Relic. A total of 30 shards are needed for the Cybernetic Arm. Alternatively, players can farm the World Boss of Crown Mines, Sobek, an enemy mob with a high chance of dropping Cybernetic Arm Shards upon defeat.
The last way to get the Cybernetic Arm in Tower of Fantasy is by opening an SR Relic Box obtained from events or special reward activities, such as the Newcomer Event, which ended a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, this event will likely never return, but new players who didn’t receive a free SR Relic Box shouldn’t let their hopes down. Tower of Fantasy 2.0 will release soon, and the game will likely introduce several new events to bring in new players. Rewards could possibly include the Cybernetic Arm, but this is just speculation.
Nevertheless, once Wanderers acquire the Cybernetic Arm, they can use it by equipping the tool in the Relic menu. Next, press the Relic button to activate its “aim mode,” enabling players to manually select where they would like the grapple to grab. Firing will cause the arm to shoot out, grab the surface, and pull the player quickly towards the target destination while also activating the Jetpack for convenience.
