Southern Naa Fjords: The following of the Tower of Fantasy scenic points in Warren are northwest of the Naa Fjords space rift. You can fast travel there and go northwest. If you glide down, you’ll see some frozen water below and the scenic point too.

Silvercrown Forest: Moving to the space rift in Saag Passage, you can make your way to one of the next Tower of Fantasy scenic points. Head west through the snowy woods until you find some frozen mushrooms. There you’ll find the scenic point.
