The open-world RPG Tower of Fantasy features a hunger mechanic where your Satiety will drop over time. To fill up your Wanderer‘s Satiety again, all you need to do is cook some meal. Simply forage some ingredients and throw them into a Cooker near settlements and dungeons; a funny-looking contraption with a smiley face on them. You can get Cooking Recipes from Shops or by mixing up five ingredients blind like a true adventurer. So instead of wasting some precious cash buying Recipes, let’s look at all 98 food lists and Cooking Recipes available in Tower of Fantasy.

Do note, though, that your Cooking Success Rate percentage can be seen after you add the ingredients, and you will fail a bunch of times at first. At least you’ll get a lame Awful Stew that will fill up 2 Satiety points from those experiments.
