The PlayStation Store has been a haven for sales over the last month and a half as part of their weekly franchise based sales that have spanned many franchises like Assassin’s Creed and Call of Duty. Most of these have focused on a particular franchise, outside of the Naughty Dog themed week, but this week is one of the more varied for sure as the focus moves to Tom Clancy games.

As revealed through the official PlayStation blog, the Tom Clancy sale is largely focused on the PlayStation 3, with only one game for PS4 and five for the PSP as well.

The only PS4 game in the sale is last year’s Rainbow Six Siege, which comes in both its regular edition and the Gold Edition as well, with Gold Edition being the best bargain for sure in this case.

PS3 owners have much more selection with games across a number of series, including not just Rainbow Six, but also Ghost Recon, Splinter Cell, and even EndWar. PSP also spans each of these franchises, but with much less selection.

The one game you will notice is omitted is that of the recently released The Division, which must be a little too recent to be putting on sale, even with the Tom Clancy theme. Make sure to take advantage of these sales before they end next Monday, April 11 and check back next week for the LEGO themed franchise sale.
