TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge – How to Beat Metalhead
The best moment to attack Chromedome is whenever the boss exit from first-person mode and lands crouched over at the center of the arena. Players are recommended to use their super attacks in TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge to deal the most damage possible. As with any boss, it is important to understand the mechanics of the opponent to face them effectively. Accordingly, below is a brief list of Chrome Dome’s abilities that players can know to beat this enemy in TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge:
- Passive Shielding: Unless Chromedome is vulnerable, it is not possible to do damage to the boss due to its passive shield.
- Hand Blast: Chrome Dome will blast a frontal beam of energy, frying any player within range.
- Missile Launch: Chrome Dome will fire five missiles into the air, landing in random spots across the arena.
- Support from the Foot Clan: Several Foot Clan members will come and fight alongside the boss. Try not to dispose of them all to use one later for a Fling Toss.
- FPS Punch: Chrome Dome will jump into the camera and begin punching at the player from the first-person view. Dodge the punches and Fling Toss the ADDs in the room to cause the boss to fall back to the arena in a weakened state.
Players must use Fling Toss multiple times before the boss’s HP will reach zero. Keep in mind that the Foot Clan ADDs shouldn’t be prioritized since they will vanish whenever Chrome Dome emerges from first-person mode.
TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge is available on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
