Warframe players were in for a pleasant surprise this week as they discovered that Nora Night, the vendor for the game’s seasonal Nightwave content, was selling an item that hadn’t appeared in the game for some time. Anyone who had enough Intermission Cred, a currency rewarded for ranking up during the Nightwave Intermission, could trade them in for the Arcane Scorpion Helmet Blueprint for the Ash Warframe. Arcane Helmets can be equipped on Warframes and will grant a buff, depending on the type of Helmet....

Canadian developer and publisher Digital Extremes has launched Warframe, the free cooperative online action game, on the Nintendo Switch today. The title features fast-paced action gameplay with 1-4 players and Nintendo Switch gamers will join 38 million players across other platforms worldwide. In celebration of this launch, Digital Extremes has created a package of free items that should warm players up during the cold holidays. Koei Tecmo has released the first trailer for Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth – Hacker’s Memory, which is a new entry in the Digimon Story series that builds up on the features of its acclaimed predecessor. The video showcases bits of the story and gameplay of this new title, including new creatures and the first look at the dungeons and the real world levels inspired in Tokyo. While 2016’s Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth had a regular “chosen one” as a lead character, Hacker’s Memory takes a more mature approach to the story, with the protagonist being framed by a crime he didn’t commit, and needing to enter the hacker scene of the digital world in order to investigate the crime and clean his name....

Wayne Brady is going from dancing on DWTS to becoming the host of the 2022 American Music Awards (AMAs). Absolution in Elden Ring functions similarly to previous games in the Souls series. When absolved, two things happen. First, all angry NPCs who are hostile due to the player’s action revert to a neutral state and interact as normal. Second, any merchant NPCs that don’t drop Bell Bearings on death will be resurrected, opening their inventories for sale once again. Request absolution requires a rare key item called Celestial Dew.
