After a recent gambling controversy hit the spotlight in Twitch’s community, the streaming service has announced that starting October 18, streaming any kind of gambling site that includes slots, roulette wheels, or dice games that are not licensed in the United States is prohibited. While they announced a small list of websites included in this ban, it was stated that more could be added if they were identified to be harmful....

In a surprising bit of news, a Ubisoft theme park is in development. The theme park will be located in the Ubisoft Entertainment Center, which is set to open in 2025 in France. The gaming-based entertainment center will be located at Studios Occitanie Méditerranée, which is about a 40-minute drive from the city of Montpellier. According to the press release, Ubisoft said the center will include a professional film studio, entertainment offerings, retail, dining, and hospitality....

Ubisoft has officially unveiled the next chapter in the Assassin’s Creed saga, dubbed Assassin’s Creed Mirage. The official Twitter made the confirmation that Assassin’s Creed Mirage would be shown off at the Ubisoft Forward showcase happening next week. Valve announced today that they are actively working on developing a new category of living room hardware, and has opened a beta for their new “Steam Machine”. Not long after the Rotten Tomatoes fiasco, Valve has decided to take steps towards dealing with trolling Steam review bombs. But what is defined as a review bomb? In their blog post on the matter, Valve clearly stated that a review bomb “is where players post a large number of reviews in a short period of time, aimed at lowering the Review Score of a game”. Additionally, they consider an ‘off-topic review bomb’ as reviews which are “unrelated to the likelihood that future purchasers will be happy if they buy the game”....

The Xbox 360 version of Titanfall has fallen into the hands of some eager players, as the delayed port prepares to punch its way onto last-gen hardware. The folks over at titanfallblog.com have uploaded images of a copy of the game, noting that it requires a mandatory 1GB install before running. The move will stop Arcade and 4GB model users without expandable storage options from running the title.
