Tribes of Midgard is one of the more surprisingly great games in recent memory. Judging from what I saw of the marketing and its timing with rival Valheim, it seemed like a copy of its competitor in every way excluding its art style and top-down perspective. Uncharted 2: Among Thieves is widely regarded as one of, if not the best, video game to grace consoles this generation. The PlayStation 3 exclusive franchise from Naughty Dog had a rocky start, with its first offering looking like nothing more than a Tomb Raider knock-off. But in their second offering, Naughty Dog managed to breach into a realm of interactive story telling that few had ever accomplished. UPDATE: Rockstar has seemingly confirmed that some visual downgrade did occur and are “investigating a fix now”. A video from YouTube user ElAnalistaDeBits is causing a bit of controversy for Rockstar’s GTA 5. The video compares the game on version 1.00 and 1.08, showing a few graphical effects that seem to have been turned off or downgraded significantly. The comparison is only done for the PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game, with last gen versions likely unable to use these effects from the beginning....
