Live-streaming service Twitch is no longer available in China. Twitch confirmed yesterday that the service has been blocked in mainland China. The application has also been removed from the Apple iOS App Store in China, as reported by Abacus. Twitch recently launched to the top of the iOS App Store’s ladder, becoming the third most popular free application, according to analytics firm App Annie. China’s internet is regulated by the Cyberspace Administration of China, which has not addressed the country’s Twitch ban....

A recent update from the PokéJungle Twitter page has confirmed that a shiny Zacian and shiny Zamazenta event distribution will soon be coming to participating GameStop stores. At Code Conference in California, Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshahi has revealed that the company is currently in talks with Google’s parent Alphabet to get its autonomous Waymo cars onto its network. The announcement comes just months after the two companies settled a year long legal battle over self-driving trade secrets. Khosrowshahi further added that adding a fleet of Waymo’s autonomous cars to Uber’s fleet makes financial sense, as it would greatly increase the utilization of the vehicles....

Ubisoft revealed its upcoming pirate-themed game Skull and Bones with a new story trailer based around the game’s seafaring pirates, who make alliances with one another (and subsequently break them) for plunder. In the game, players serve as pirates ravaging the Indian Ocean’s merchants and pirates alike for their own own benefit. Players choose Fortunes, which are special abilities that enhance gameplay.
